We are committed to train the next generation of developers and users of biomedical optics technologies.
We have done this primarily through a two-day Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Course that we have offered every year for more than a decade and a biennial Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Meeting.
To further serve the research community we have funded a non-profit organization, Neuluce.org, with the mission to support scientists in the adoption of novel optical technologies for studying the brain and other organs. NeuLuce accomplishes this by disseminating hardware and software technologies, and by providing training opportunities.
